Yes, your LUX Tennis Membership is designed to be family-friendly. As a member, you can use your membership to book events, hotels, villas, and private coaching for yourself and your family. However, you need to be present for these bookings, except for your children as they have full access and can participate in experiences like “Play with a Star” or "Book a Camp" even if you are not there.

Your membership includes one full-access login to the App with a dedicated concierge on a single mobile device. If you would like your partner to have access to the full membership (including own concierge and full App access), we offer a special option: you can add a partner with a one-time lifetime fee of €500, valid for as long as you remain a member.

The yearly membership fee is non-refundable, and your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. However, as a valued member of our Club, we always strive to provide flexibility and support if you need to cancel specific services during your membership year.

For example, if you have booked a tennis session with one of our coaches and need to cancel due to illness or injury - even at the last minute - we will refund you 100% of the session cost. For certain services, such as tickets to major events (e.g., the Wimbledon final), refunds may not be possible. In these cases, we will do our best to help you by offering your ticket to other members or promoting it to our wider network to resale the ticket and refund you the amount.

Our approach is always case by case, depending on the service and the circumstances, but our priority is to take care of our members and find the best possible solution for you.
